GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
- All BB Sports Distributors LTD orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery timescales quoted beneath are applicable from when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- All orders under £50.00 (Ex. VAT) will be subject to a £5.00 surcharge due to the labour costs of picking small orders.
- 1 carton is a maximum of 25kg. Prices quoted are based on UPS shipping charges.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS (NEXT-DAY DELIVERY)
- Under £200.00 (Ex. VAT): £12.00 (Inc. VAT)
- Over £200.00 (Ex. VAT): FREE carriage*, **, ***
- *Free UK Weekday Mainland Delivery might not be available if the delivery location is in a remote or in accessible location you may be charged extra for shipping. We will contact you in this instance.
- ** In some circumstances we may reserve the right to charge more for delivery if your delivery address is remote or inaccessible location. We will contact you in this instance.
- *** Free UK Delivery is limited to weekdays only weekend deliveries will incur extra charges.

VAT & OTHER CHARGES
- VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK Rate unless a valid VAT Number is supplied. Customs or import duties are then applied once the package reaches its destination country. Customers are advised that they will require their own EORI Number for customs clearance.
- Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change so we would advise you to contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order.
- We will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of a recipient's refusal to pay customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by BB Sports Distributors LTD as a result of the recipient's refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
